Look no further Princess Polly is on the hunt for a Graphic Design Manager who embodies these qualities and possesses strong leadership skills. In this exciting role, you'll take the helm of a talented graphic design team within our vibrant in-house marketing department, collaborating with the best in the industry. Reporting directly to our Global Creative Director, this is more than just a job – it's a DESIGN LEADERSHIP DREAM COME TRUE

If you are interested, your core responsibilities include;

    • Manage graphic design team
    • Deliver on-brand graphics for large projects and internal requests
    • Partner with Global Creative Director on graphics direction
    • Maintain brand consistency and trend leadership
    • Create brand and style guidelines
    • Manage team tasks and project deadlines
    • Collaborate with Marketing on project strategies
    • Provide creative briefs aligned with Creative Director's vision
    • Review and approve designer materials
    • Improve team processes and strategize timelines
    • Develop and execute graphic team plans
    • Stay updated on design and video trends
    • Regularly update graphic assets across Marketing
    • Participate in Marketing creative and strategy discussions

Desired Skills & Experience;

    • 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team to tight schedules in a fast-paced environment
    • Undergraduate degree in graphic design, art, advertising, a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Graphic design experience in the fashion industry
    • Extensive knowledge and/or skills in graphic design and videography
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
