Who you are
As our Marketing Development Representative (MDR), you will be a key driver in owning Humanforce’s inbound sales initiatives in the A/NZ region from lead identification and outreach to initial discovery and opportunity identification. This role will support the marketing team’s lead generation initiatives by contributing to the sales funnel, through thorough lead qualification, identification of client needs and business alignment.

What you'll do- Build strong relationships with the Sales team to learn more about the Humanforce platform, Ideal customer profile and qualification process.
- Building and maintaining extensive knowledge of how Humanforce solves workforce management, payroll, and HR challenges for our clients.
- Effective use of prospecting and CRM tools, including accuracy of administration / record keeping
- Maximise lead-to-opportunity conversion and in line with Humanforce targets and best practices.
- Supporting the marketing managers with their campaign planning, lead generation approach and follow up.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to ensure campaigns are understood and planned for ahead of launch and be accountable for SLAs and bookings targets resulting from those campaigns.
- Strive for continuous learning and development on outreach, prospecting and discovery efforts across new business opportunities to ultimately hit and exceed targets.
What you’ll need
- Must understand the linkage between Marketing and Sales in a B2B environment (knowledge and/or interest in SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated to achieve individual targets through high activity levels and strong performance outcomes.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and critical reasoning skills that serve to hit targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, charismatic and strong work ethic
- Tertiary degree-qualified
- Basic sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)[C5]
