Your position will report to the General Manager and you will have a key role as part of their internal talent team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is bubbly, confident, and can develop client relationships with ease. This company is knows for its staff retention, exciting team building events and promoting staff internally. 

Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Building client relationships
  • Screening and interviewing
  • Creating job briefs
  • General office maintenance and provisioning
  • Supporting the HR team
  • Marketing the brand to attract the right talent pool 
  • Based at reception you will meet and greet all clients
  • Answering phones when necessary
  • Any ad-hoc or duties required by the team
  • On-boarding new staff

To be successful you will have the following skills:-

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role 
  • HR or Marketing exposure or degree would be well regarded 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
