The opportunity:

Caroline Chisholm College is seeking a skilled and passionate HSIE (Stage 4) and Legal Studies (Stage 6) teacher.  Part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.

About you:

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the strategic vision of Caroline Chisholm College along with:

  • Have sound knowledge of the HSIE syllabus areas 7-12.
  • Current knowledge of best practice teaching, learning and assessing to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Ability to differentiate learning to cater for a wide range of student learning needs.
  • Sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback.
  • Committed to the engagement in professional learning.
  • Work creatively and collaboratively within a range of 'communities' inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for self and students.
