The Role:

The Digital Learning Helpdesk Officer is responsible for providing first-level helpdesk support for Digital Learning user-reported issues. The role will resolve issues related to login, course access, and other basic problems. The role will also be responsible for logging requests/incidents, updating clients, executing course-related tasks, assisting users with LMS navigation and account management.

It is a relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or Computer Science or Education or experience in Moodle LMS is preferablePractical experience and demonstrated skills in technical service provision and troubleshootingSolid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported issues efficiently, as well as knowing when to escalate more complex problems to higher-level support personnel.Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form, using appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.Familiarity with service ticketing systems is beneficialStrong attention to detail for accurate logging of requests/incidentsUnderstanding of relevant policies and legislative requirements, particularly regarding data protection and user account management, to ensure adherence within the LMS environment.
