About the position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Officer to join our Quality Team.
The Quality Officer is responsible for supporting GPH to maintain a culture of compliance and continuous improvement by overseeing the collection of data and the reporting of information regarding service activity, performance, client outcomes, internal processes and external accreditation processes across GPH.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of services to support the delivery of high quality, safe care.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be self-directed and motivated to support a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a permanent part-time (30 hours per week) position located at Wagga Wagga.

What you’ll need
We are looking for someone with:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health-related discipline, or relevant experience in a quality and/or compliance role. Students working towards such qualifications are welcome to apply.
2. Demonstrated experience in compliance and reporting functions.
3. Well-developed skills and knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
4. Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines.
