Purpose:

• To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico

Areas of Responsibility:
• Unpacking of pallets back from the field and sorting devices into tubs
ready for scanning
• Scanning in of devices from tubs into CAMS
• Packing devices into boxes, labelling them and then storing in
warehouse pallet locations
• Sorting and packing powerpacks for testing, boxing up, weighing, adding
weighted quantities to PIM’s sheet, labelling and storing in warehouse
pallet locations
• Scanning in pallets of RMA’s via IRP
• Managing any discrepancies and communicating to stake holders
• Repair Services tasks such as screening, Level 1 and cleaning
• Logistics Services tasks suchs as receiving and despatch
• Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation
and the company’s WH&S policy
• Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the
company’s Environmental policy
• The employee accepts responsibility to follow all procedures and
policies of the Quality Management System applicable to their position,
the task at hand and as directed by the company
