Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Manager to join our team at NTI. As a key member of our Repair Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the entire repair process from the accident scene to the final delivery of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform On-Site Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage and identify the necessary repairs.
  • Validate Accident Descriptions: Verify the accuracy of accident descriptions provided by customers to ensure that the repair process is carried out correctly.
  • Review and Negotiate Towing and Recovery: Assess the feasibility of towing and recovery options and negotiate with relevant parties to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Determine Repair Processes and Parts Identification: Identify the most suitable repair processes and parts required for each vehicle, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
  • Compose Expert Reports: Prepare detailed reports for claims, outlining the extent of the damage and the necessary repairs.
  • Manage Repairer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers, ensuring that they are aware of our expectations and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience: In the mobile plant or heavy vehicle repair industry, with a strong understanding of repair processes and procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, repairers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and satisfied.
  • Relevant Automotive Trade Qualifications: Possession of relevant trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Automotive Repair.
