Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a temporary Payroll Instructional Designer to join our Strategic Project Management Office team (SPMO team. We work 2 days from our North Parramatta Office and 3 days remotely.

The Payroll Instructional Designer is accountable for providing specialist support at all stages of the learning development lifecycle to enable stakeholders in the use of system applications 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering training materials in accordance with the needs of an organisation.

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Managed multiple tasks simultaneously, design, develop and deliver learning content, and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

  • Experience designing, developing and delivering SuccessFactors Employee Connect Payroll (ECP) end user training

  • Experience creating high level course outlines and detailed course catalogues

  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing

  • Skills and experience creating training data for training delivery

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Business Processes

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications 

 Essential Qualifications and Accreditations:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification

  • Valid Paid  Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
