Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a part time Accounts Administrator to join our Bundaberg Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to support the day to day  accounting functions across the business.

 

This is a permanent part time opportunity working Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 3pm.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Management of outstanding invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider Finance team as required

 

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar finance role
  • Have a strong financial system acronym, process understanding and adhere to compliance frameworks
  • Sound understanding of general ledger coding, account structures and profit & loss implications
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
  • Strong communications skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
