Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assembly Assistance: Contribute to the assembly of cutting-edge mining machinery, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently, keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritising safety and efficiency at all times.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification: Hold a valid trade qualification (Australian – Recognised) in Heavy Diesel Mechanics, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • CAT Equipment Experience: While not mandatory, experience working with CAT equipment is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with industry-standard machinery.

Drills – MD6250, MD6310, Shovels – 6060,6040 , Dozers – D10, D11
 

  • Shift Availability: Ability to workday shifts from 06:00 AM - 16:30 PM, Monday to Friday, ensuring consistent support for ongoing operations.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, to meet project demands and contribute to team success.
