The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, focusing on evaluating, designing, and implementing effective technology solutions that meet our organizational needs. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into practical system and software solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Engage with customers to analyse their business needs, system requirements, and work processes. Gather detailed functional and technical requirements to ensure alignment between NAE’s energy solutions and customer objectives.
  • Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects.
  • Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.
  • Develop and maintain Excel macros and Google Sheets for advanced data processing and reporting.
  • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Stay updated on automation industry trends, particularly in Solar and LED Lighting.
  • Act as a single point of contact for system-related initiatives, providing insight and assistance during decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

  • Excellent multi-lingual communication skills. English and Chinese are mandatory.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience in solar industry is desirable but not mandatory.
