The positions are based in Sydney

 

The Role:

As a TRI-SI, you will deliver training in A320 Full Flight Simulators, Procedural Trainers and ground theory classrooms. TRI-SI’s are required to maintain a high level of knowledge, technical and non-technical skills along with a willingness to embrace future training technology and modern techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be eligible for selection as a Type Rated Instructor - Simulator Instructor (A320), candidates must possess:

Australian CPL or ATPL (Aeroplane) Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D Airbus FBW Type Rating FIR or SIR, with IR A training endorsement High standard of proficiency Previous instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type rating training Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Inclusive and respectful leadership qualities Ability to foster a positive and caring training culture Proven ability to work effectively in a team High level of motivation Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licensing In-depth understanding of Human Factors and non-technical skills

Preference will be given to applicants also have:

A320 Type Rating SIR with A320 TR training endorsement Experience in Regular Public Transport, multi-crew, narrow or wide-body jet aircraft operations
