Now, about this role:

  • Support the Relationship and Credit Teams with deep property expertise.
  • Contribute to the design, maintenance and implementation of appropriate Commercial Property-related frameworks, policies and processes in order to, amongst other requirements, ensure compliance with Judo’s regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain and ensure appropriate oversight and governance with respect to Judo’s property valuation and other consultant panels.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Judo’s Property Development strategy; and to be responsible for credit decisioning within Risk associated with the Property Development business.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Chief Credit Officer.
     

Your life pre-Judo:

  • An ability to think independently about the finance needs of businesses and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong credit writing skills.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in credit decisioning of business lending transactions 
  • Previous experience in a relationship role (i.e., Analyst or Relationship Manager / Director).
  • Australian working rights.
