Our client is looking for an experienced Credit/Accounts Receivable Officer to join their head office team based in Mount Waverley.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will join a team of credit officers and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily collections and allocations of customer payments, approxi
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Credit claims
  • Closing A/R ledger
  • Generating weekly reports
  • Endofmonth reports and forecasts
  • Account inquiries
To be successful in this role, you will have had previous experience in a similar high-volume environment.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and pride yourself on building trust with your internal and external contacts and be able to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
