Full time permanent role with the largest automotive dealership in the Northern Territory. For a Service Manager interested in ensuring a high level of customer service plus professional efficient mechanical services are delivered. 

  • Requires Service Manager experience and extensive automotive industry knowledge.  
  • Salary guide: $150,000 plus relocation assistance and company car 
  • Darwin, Northern Territory. 

A normal day will see you maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles. This includes: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor service technicians and support staff to maintain a motivated and productive team.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor and maintain service department budgets and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Proficient in dealership management software.
  • Knowledge of automotive service procedures and technical aspects.
  • Automotive Trade Qualification
