The opportunity…
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating critical care equipment across various medical facilities. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, clinicians, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on critical care medical devices, including ventilators, defibrillators and patient monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.
- Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.

Experience required:
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Experience servicing ventilators and other critical care devices will be highly regarded.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
