As Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators.

What you'll be doing

Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's siteDiagnose and resolve product performance problemsPerform maintenance and fixingEnsure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performanceProactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' businessTrain other field engineers and customers in the solutions

What you'll we need to be successful

Experience in a similar position or experience as an end userExperience with troubleshooting and problem solvingProven IT skills in Windows, networking and SQL databaseBroadcast knowledgeExperience with Dalet Solutions is a plusStrong communication skills in EnglishSelf-starter who is excited about technologyBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
