Relationship Manager

About the role
The Relationship Manager will manage Flares high value customers. You will proactively and strategically engage with customers, which will drive long-term relationships.A component of this role is to educate employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing. You will educate employees through a vast array of online and offline tools, such as, but not limited to, webinars, presentations, on-site customer visits, expos, and other employee-facing events.
As a Relationship Manager, you will meet individual and team targets, and you will aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your day to day
Working closely with the B2B Sales Team and the Employer, to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy. Managing key accounts, whilst ensuring customer advocacy and growth. Working closely with the Relationship Management, Marketing and Product teams, so ensure product adoption and lead generation. This includes, but is not limited to, online and offline employee activities. Meeting KPI targets on an ongoing basis. Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation. Demonstrate team values, whilst maintaining and optimistic view and embracing/seeking feedback. Active participation in team/business meetings and events. Sharing process improvement ideas with the relevant internal stakeholders.
About you
Experience within Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions. Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential. Proven strong sales and presentation skills.
