The role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our team through this exciting phase, driving excellence in project delivery and contributing to our ambitious expansion goals. What you’ll be doing

More responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external project stakeholders
  • Lead project teams with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What’s in your toolkit?

  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, make decisions under pressure, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
