Your role is to promote the growth and development of all ACTPS employees by coordinating comprehensive learning programs. This opportunity allows you to engage with internal and external partners to promote and organise impactful training and events. Your dedication to managing inquiries and developing communication materials will contribute to the success of these programs. Additionally, your support for the ACTPS Learning Library and your involvement in procurement arrangements will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for all ACTPS employees.

A little bit about us:

The ACTPS Workforce Strategy, Leadership, and Capability Branch is part of the Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy (OIRWS) under the Chief Minister, Treasury, and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD). Our Branch focuses on building strategic capability and capacity for the workforce, including leadership development, flexible work agenda, and evidence-based methodologies. OIRWS leads the ACTPS’ industrial, employment, and strategic workforce agenda, while CMTEDD leads the ACT Public Sector. It provides strategic advice and support to the Chief Minister, ministers, and the Cabinet on policy, economic and financial matters, service delivery, workforce issues, and intergovernmental relations. The ACTPS is a values-based organisation that promotes core values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
