About the role

We are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Brisbane. Reporting to our Organisational Development Manager, you will assist with the coordination, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of OD projects that support skill development, employee engagement and enhance company culture.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Review, develop and implementation of tools to support onboarding.
  • Involvement in the coordination, deployment, analysis and action planning of our employee engagement surveys. 
  • Development and implementation of tools and resources to support our performance planning and employee development processes.
  • Best practice system administration of the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors)
  • Administration and reporting on our technical Competency framework to maintain compliance. 
  • Support the design and implementation of a leadership competency framework and associated development options.  
  • Support the review and implementation of succession and talent management tools and processes.  
  • Assist with the coordination and development of our intern & graduate programs. 

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in HR, Business or Psychology (or a related field) who is passionate about employee engagement and organisational development. Ideally, you will have been in an HR or OD role for a couple of years and will have good experience supporting a team with the coordination and administration of tasks / projects / initiatives, and be confident dealing with basic queries from employees and leaders. Experience administering LMS systems (ideally SuccessFactors) would be highly regarded.
