About the role We are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Brisbane.

Reporting to our Organisational Development Manager, you will assist with the coordination, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of OD projects that support skill development, employee engagement and enhance company culture.


Key accountabilities include:
Review, develop and implementation of tools to support onboarding.
Involvement in the coordination, deployment, analysis and action planning of our employee engagement surveys. Development and implementation of tools and resources to support our performance planning and employee development processes.

Best practice system administration of the Learning Management System (Success Factors) Administration and reporting on our technical Competency framework to maintain compliance.

Support the design and implementation of a leadership competency framework and associated development options.
Support the review and implementation of succession and talent management tools and processes.
Assist with the coordination and development of our intern & graduate programs.

About You We are looking for someone with a degree in HR, Business or Psychology (or a related field) who is passionate about employee engagement and organisational development.

Ideally, you will have been in an HR or OD role for a couple of years and will have good experience supporting a team with the coordination and administration of tasks / projects / initiatives, and be confident dealing with basic queries from employees and leaders.

Experience administering LMS systems (ideally Success Factors) would be highly regarded.
