We are growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us shape the way we communicate with our members, from the very first time they think about travel right through to when they have returned from their Luxury Escape. 

We send millions of emails, push notifications and other forms of communication every day across many countries. As the Senior Product Manager for Customer Lifecycle, you’ll help design the perfect communication touch points for each of our products, whether it be a hotel or a tour, and leverage our onsite behaviour and what we know about customers to provide deeper personalisation. 

You'll have the chance to shape and execute the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Your innovative thinking and strategic approach will be pivotal in creating a communication strategy that not only delights our members but also sets new industry benchmarks. 

Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collobarate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office.

About the role

The Customer Lifecycle communications have recently migrated to a new CRM, positioning us to rapidly personalise our customer interactions. We have a talented team of engineers, designers and commercial leaders ready to take the product to the next level, we’re now seeking a strong senior product manager to help guide the next phase of growth. 

What you'll do

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage
  • Continually identify opportunities to enhance the tours customer experience
  • Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products. 

Your background 

  • Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business
  • Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about building products that customers love
  • Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
