The Enterprise Change Team is looking for a new permanent Change Manager to join the team. You’ll be part of a highly skilled, committed and collaborative team that together provide crucial and highly valued services to the rest of the organisation.

As a team we function at the Enterprise, Stream and Initiative levels. This role will involve aspects of delivery at all levels.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Change Team to plan, design and deliver change.
  • Be a supportive Enterprise Change Team member who is proactive and strategic.
  • Adopt the St John WA Change Management Framework and methodology. Utilise St John WA tools and if desired your own tools also.
  • Partner with Project Managers to support delivery and optimise customer experiences.
  • At the initiative level, undertake:
    • Analysis including: Stakeholder and Change analysis; Change Impact Assessments; Current and Future State; Change Resistance; Learning Needs Analysis.
    • Activities to manage change including: Change Plan and timeline; Business role in change; Comms & Engagement; Learning Approach; Business Readiness; Change Effectiveness.
    • Activities to anchor change including: Go Live and Hypercare support; Ongoing business roles; SharePoint Portals and Teams Channels; Handover and transition to BAU.
  • At the Enterprise and Stream levels:
    • Support the delivery of Leadership Reporting.
    • Provide advisory support.

What you’ll need:

  • Qualifications in Change Management and 5+ years experience as a Change Practitioner working in complex environments.
  • A history of managing change across systems, processes, people, including changes to ways of thinking, working, and even hearts and minds
  • Proven experience establishing productive and strong working relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with understanding and improving customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • A passion for learning, supporting the knowledge and capability uplift for stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience with SharePoint would be advantageous.
  • The ability to lead and deliver on individual projects, along with working with the team for Enterprise Change activities.
