Client Manager, Global & Corporate

Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private/Public and top ASX listed businesses (including major multinational organisations).

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.

What the day will look like

Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience  Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions  Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business  Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client  Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon

Skills and experience that will lead to success

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions, ideally within health/aged care  Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims  Good cross selling abilities  Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients  Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively across teams
