Job Description:

Key accountabilities, but not limited to; 

Develop a high performance culture within the crew through strong leadership including appropriate communication, delegation, coaching and managing performance. Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated and mitigated promptly and are conducted at a high standard Collect data for reports and gather KPIs based on available data Report deficiencies and implement plans to address deficiencies Conduct continual safety audits to check that all safety requirements are being met Demonstrate compliance to legislation by immediately rectifying all issues found during inspections or making safe and arranging for rectification as soon as possible Identify specific risks within working area and adhere to plans to avoid these risks Qualifications: Relevant Trade Qualification or a Diploma or Degree in Engineering Current RIIIS301 – Apply Risk Management Processes (S1) Current RIIOHS301 – Conduct Safety and Health Investigations (S2) Current RIICOM301 – Communicate Information (S3) Current RIIRIS402 – Carry out Risk Management Process (G2)
