A bit about the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Lead to oversee our After-Hours Health Outreach Service (AHOS), which provides critical health interventions to adults with complex needs in Melbourne’s CBD. This role manages AHOS, our street-based outreach nursing program (operating Wednesday to Sunday nights) and non-medical clinical staff based at The Living Room, Melbourne’s renowned Primary Health Service for people experiencing homelessness.

Additionally, this role will take a lead in clinical governance, foster collaborative partnerships with external health, outreach, and housing services, and guide service integration within a multidisciplinary framework.
If you are a clinical leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering improved health outcomes to vulnerable populations, we invite you to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in a community health setting.
