**The Role**

As a Clinical Lead you will be the business’ “go to” person for expert advice in your area of specialty and will support our therapists nationally through mentoring and developing best practice guidelines, resources and training.

Clinical Leads who have advanced skills in these areas will be highly regarded:

- Complex Home Modifications
- Assistive Technology prescription
- NDIS Assessments and Reports (Functional Assessments, Housing and Support Needs Assessments)

You must also have:

- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 5 years clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
