This is a full time permanent role and begins with a 12 month training and upskilling period in our BEST (Business essential services team) Team.

We will be looking for an early January start date. We asked our current Graduates about a “typical” day in their life and here is what they said you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing financial statements (BASs, IAS, FBT Returns) and income tax returns for small business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships)
  • Supporting our directors with financial modelling, tax planning and consulting projects
  • Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • Attending client meetings with your team and attending learning & development sessions
  • Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

  • Are in their final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
  • Hold full working rights
  • Have the desire to undertake further Accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with great ambition
