The Role

This is the opportunity for you Bega have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, Assistant Brand Manager to join our Dare Marketing Team.

We are looking for a passionate, results orientated and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support the dedicated DARE team to continue to dominate the market and push the brand even further. Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.

  • Support the implementation of breakthrough communications and key brand activations.

  • Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate.

  • Develop and shape the Dare product range in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.

  • Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.

  • Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships.

  • Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget.

  • Prioritise, plan and deliver work to maximise value and minimise risk.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level

  • Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.

  • Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards.

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management.

  • Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes.
