About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Continuity Tool Implementation Administrator for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of the new business continuity tool. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Continuity (BC) Lead to provide administrative and technical support throughout the configuration and rollout phases of the new business continuity tool.
  • Utilize your configuration expertise to ensure the smooth migration of business continuity plans and data from the existing tool and other sources into SharePoint.
  • Lead and coordinate user training sessions, including the development of training materials tailored to different user groups.
  • Offer system administration support to users during the initial implementation phases, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance as needed.
  • Play a key role in change management-related activities to facilitate the transition to the new tool and ensure user adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in system configuration, particularly in the implementation of business continuity or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint or similar platforms for data migration and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in conducting user training sessions and developing training materials is highly desirable
