The Situation:
Stellar is currently looking for an experienced full-time Administrator to join our client in the heart of Robina. This role is based on a Monday to Friday 38-hour week. As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality within the building and construction industry, providing expert advice, and maintaining accurate records.
Your Typical Day:
- Evaluate and assess building and construction applications.
- Ensure applications comply with relevant legislation and standards.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to stakeholders regarding assessment processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections as required.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of regulations.
- Respond to queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Experience in building assessment or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
