The Situation: 

Stellar is currently looking for an experienced full-time Administrator to join our client in the heart of Robina. This role is based on a Monday to Friday 38-hour week. As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality within the building and construction industry, providing expert advice, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Typical Day:

  • Evaluate and assess building and construction applications.
  • Ensure applications comply with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to stakeholders regarding assessment processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of regulations.
  • Respond to queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in building assessment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
