Job Description

Your role will include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Manage the HR inbox for all tier-1 enquiries.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Oversee employee record-keeping and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be have:

  • Prior experience in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
