Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists and social workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology & Full registration with AHPRA/ ASORC
  • At least two years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants)
