What the role entails:
Leading a dynamic driven team in providing an ultimate customerexperience within all business touch points from sales toserviceCoaching a team to exceed targets by appropriately planningactivities to drive performanceMaintain an inventory control system that meets the needs ofthe dealership and customerEstablishing both long and short term goals for both staff andfinancial successEnsuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeatbusiness and generates leadsActively managing manufacturer and stakeholderrelationshipsEffectively running the day to day requirements of thedealershipWhat we are looking for:
Strong leadership background from a dealership environmentProven ability to achieve or exceed volume and revenuetargetsDemonstrated ability to maximise CSI results with a passion forcustomer serviceStaff management experienceStrong sales and fixed operations backgroundExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesA heavy commitment to hard work whist maintaining a fun workenvironmentBenefits:
