About the Opportunity 

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Recruitment team based at Osborne SA. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition; you will be accountable for delivering project management and supporting activities across recruitment in all phases of the project lifecycle. 

Responsibilities 

As our Assistant Project Manager- Recruitment you will be responsible for coordinating project activity across multiple recruitment functions, coordinate and lead project team members, planning and executing individual projects, communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders, and manage consolidated recruitment reporting. You will manage one direct report, a Recruitment Reporting Analyst.  

About you  

To be successful as our Assistant Project Manager – Recruitment you will have: 

  • Tertiary Qualification in HR, Project Management or a related discipline; Or equivalent experience in a HR/Corporate PM environment. 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex project environment. 

  • Proven experience in managing projects within a HR/Corporate people services environment will be essential. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Practical knowledge of project reporting/corporate reporting. 

  • Ability to interpret reporting/data to diagnose and problem solve.  

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
