An exciting role with unique responsibilities 
The State Marketing Manager for Queensland plays a critical role in helping people achieve their dream of having a family. With a strong understanding and passion for the health sector, underpinned by excellent communication and organisation skills, you will be responsible for empowering people to make better decisions and take action earlier with Monash IVF.

You will do this by promoting our fertility specialists and brand to prospective patients and referrers through a variety of marketing channels including virtual and face to face events, communications, printed advertising, and local marketing.

You will be required to develop exceptional relationships with the Queensland patient care teams and Monash IVF doctors through the provision of marketing support, insight and activities that drive strong partnerships and commercial outcomes. 

Strong collaboration with our highly enthusiastic and passionate marketing team will be essential to ensure local and national marketing activities are strongly aligned to drive effectiveness and efficiency. 

You will be responsible for leading a direct report who will drive business development engagement with medical referrers.

  • Tertiary qualifications in any of the following – Marketing/Business/Communications or similar
  • Strong understanding of the health sector
  • Previous leadership experience 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational, and analytical skills
