They are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Human Resource Adviser to join their dynamic HR team and contribute to creating a positive, supportive, and productive workplace for all their employees.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Adviser will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance, ensuring the organization operates smoothly and in line with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

•Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

•Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

•Support the performance management process by advising on appraisals and performance improvement plans.

•Assist with training and development initiatives, ensuring staff are supported in their professional growth.

•Advise on compensation, benefits, and employment packages to ensure market competitiveness.

•Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

•Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, keeping up with changes in legislation.

•Support change management initiatives and advise on restructuring when necessary.

•Prepare HR reports and analytics to help guide decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

•Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

•Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially.

•Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
