Then this is the opportunity for youThe ACT Health Directorate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Ministerial and Government Services Team as a Government Business Administration and Coordination Officer.
In this role you’ll be working closely with the Cabinet Liaison Officer to undertake a variety of duties to support administration and coordination of tasks led by the dedicated Government Business Team. You will handle and manage sensitive and confidential documents and records, ensuring that they are maintained in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002. You will also coordinate requests for document review across the directorate, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines and timeframes are met, and processes are followed.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those who work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment, with exceptional organisation, administration, and communication skills. We are looking for a process driven and self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple tasks and teams.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Knowledge and understanding, or ability to gain this quickly, of both HP Records Manager (TRIM) and Objective ECM would be highly desirable and well regarded.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately to December 2024, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
