Job environment:
• The role requires transversal management of complex strategic initiatives and the need to build highly effective, cross-boundary working relationships with culturally diverse commercial and operations teams.
• The Project Manager is responsible for exceeding expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of assigned projects. The Project Manager oversees Operations-wide projects, develops comprehensive project plans and manages project team and stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle.
• This role supports the project team in creation and continuous improvement of our project delivery framework, methodologies and processes.
• He/she also provides support to Business Excellence champions network and participates or leads Business Excellence initiatives.
• This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and for the company.
Accountabilities:
• Oversees detailed project activities and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate to the design of the Global Technical Services Strategy and Objectives.
• Gathers system requirements and design solutions to business needs for optimal implementation and user experience.
• Manages project risk, schedule, and budget.
• Maintains contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project, user & business expectations.
• Implements strong project governance methodologies and best practices (prioritization & intake management, risk & issue management, planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, decision making & reporting).
• Deliver change projects — applying methodology to analyze key components of the business and commercial model, processes and systems; synthesis of analysis into operational insights and practical recommendations.
• Drive initiatives to leverage the level of services we provide to our customers to achieve meaningful customer loyalty while accessing improved efficiency across the organization.
• Drive projects for a greater standardization of processes and systems.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and define clear SLAs and Project Metrics.
• Be a key champion for change; balance the need to protect the core yet be prepared to disrupt pre-existing industry structure and market conditions where there is potential to unlock value.
• Conduct all business activities in compliance with ethics, legal and regulatory requirements.
Position challenges:
• Act as the first point of contact in a project; close collaboration and close communication with the various business interfaces.
• Work continuously on the improvement of existing processes.
• Lead all kinds of projects which are not limited to a size.
• Regular project reporting (costs, deadlines, project progress, project goals, risks, etc.).
• Professional and objective-oriented planning and control of all relevant tasks in the project.
• Ability to navigate and deliver through a complex change environment and with culturally different teams.
• Drive projects for business process and systems redesign and transformation, delivering results and improvements.
• Balance the need to deliver short term results with the need to create the conditions for sustainable long term growth.
• Ensuring a culture of customer focus throughout the business.
• Work with operational discipline, across multiple geographic markets with competing priorities to support profitable growth.
• Business awareness — Ability to use changes in legislation to develop new opportunities. Keeps up to date with current trends in the business environment.
• Significant travel may be required.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and project management tools.
Required:
• Excellent business English.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
