The Role: In-Home Support Worker

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Support Workers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, assisting them with daily tasks and activities that promote their independence and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  2. Offering social support, including transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
  3. Assisting with domestic duties, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  4. Helping clients navigate the use of assistive technology and personal equipment
  5. Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress to our care coordination team

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
  2. At least one year's experience in community, aged, disability, or healthcare settings
  3. A current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  4. A Current CPR/First Aid Certificate and Australian Driver's Licence
  5. A reliable, registered, and fully-insured vehicle and smartphone with internet access
