About The Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer to join our Launceston or Hobart office.
Duties & Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the smooth operation of the officeMinimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessaryHandle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely mannerProvide customers with product, service and procedural informationAccurate new customer account setupProcess credit card payments as requiredSupport Operations and Sales staff

Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call center / customer service roleExperience in credit, debtor & cash handlingA professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone basedGood attention to detailA professional approach and positive attitude to your work
