About the Role
We seek an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in Launceston or Hobart, supporting growth through excellent communication and administrative skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage outstanding debtors, reconcile accounts as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and accounts professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate product, service, and procedural information to customers.
- Set up new customer accounts accurately.
- Process credit card payments as required.
- Support Operations and Sales staff effectively.

Requirements
- Significant experience in administration, call centers, or customer service roles.
- Experience in credit, debtor, and cash handling.
