As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is enthusiastic and professional. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and engaging to ensure that our guests receive optimum service every time.

A Few Of Your Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage serviceMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotionsCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchenCollaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless serviceMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures Ensure RSA standards are maintained
What Are We Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service rolePrevious bar experience is highly regardedExceptional customer service skillsPassion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industryFlexible availability with weekends essentialCurrent QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Food and Beverage team up for success.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Events Food and Beverage team at The Star. Join us in making a difference.
