About This Role

We're seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated person with great customer service skills and food preparation experience to join the team as a Food and Beverage All-Rounder.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will ensure customers visiting Canteen Social have a memorable experience. The position requires working both front of house and in the kitchen to assist the operation to deliver daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide and maintain high standards of service ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, finding creative solutions to enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment
  • Cafe All Rounder qualifications and/or experience
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirements
