Food and Beverage Attendant - Palette Restaurant

At Home of the Arts, we are passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our patrons. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.

The Role

You will join our award-winning culinary team at Palette, a 3 Hatted Restaurant renowned for its attention to detail and commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our Executive Chef, Dayan Hartill-Law, leads a dedicated team in providing an exceptional dining experience.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to our patrons
  • Assisting with event setup, delivery, and pack down
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge around ingredients, cooking techniques, and providence of ingredients
Requirements
  • High-level wine knowledge (desirable)
  • High-level classic cocktail knowledge (desirable)
  • Prior food and beverage experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
  • Team player
  • Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to work shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
