We offer exceptional opportunities for career development across much-loved brands ranging from renowned five-star luxury hotels to economy lodgings.Job DescriptionThe Conference & Events Attendant is responsible for the provision of friendly and efficient Conference & Events service that meets the guest's expectations.Primary ResponsibilitiesSet conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets.Handle all conference equipment with care to minimise possible breakages and personal injury.Take responsibility for your designated rooms or sections.Ensure all Food & Beverage requirements are delivered on time and as specified.Provide Food & Beverage service to the required service standards.Ensure that the coffee machines on the floor, along with the standard tea/coffee setup, are always refreshed and ready for service.Assist with any additional guest requests and requirements (e.g.
photocopying, parking vouchers, delivery of boxes etc).Ensure that electronic signage displays accurate information.Keep the Conference & Events Operations Manager up to date on all critical issues that may have arisen on the day.Carry out all tasks assigned by the Conference & Events Operations Manager diligently.QualificationsExperience in similar capacity, especially Barista experience.Previous Food & Beverage experience working in a hospitality setting is preferred.Qualifications in Food & Beverage Service preferred.Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.Additional InformationIn return, you will receive award-winning training with our AccorHotels Academie to reach your career & personal potential.
