Your Role

As a Curves Circuit Coach, you are the heart of the club. Your role is to guide, support, and motivate members through their workouts while helping them stay accountable to their health goals. You will:
Coach members on the Curves circuit

Lead energised group classes and deliver our signature Wellness Workshops

Provide basic health and nutrition guidance in line with Curves programs

Foster a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment for all women

Help manage daily club operations and member engagement

This is a hands-on, people-focused role — ideal for someone passionate about women's wellness, community, and motivation.

Training, Development & Rotations

You'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in:
Curves workout methodology and equipment

Motivational coaching and member communication

Nutrition and lifestyle education modules (including Curves Complete and Pure 30)

Our rotating responsibilities model ensures you gain experience across all aspects of club operations, helping you build broad skills and strong member relationships.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate in accordance with the Modern Fitness Industry Award [MA000094]

10-15 hours per week to start, with potential for growth

Education and/or Experience

Fitness Industry experience preferred

Certificate III or IV in Fitness is an advantage

Requirements:
