Based primarily out of Slacks Creek, QLD this role is responsible for providing administration support to the operations team at the Springwood site including, but not limited to; project administration, purchase orders, reception, uniforms, HR administration and customer support

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to offer exceptional service ensuring all visitors and contractors to the site are inducted safely and within policy.
- Accounts payable activities including PO generation, invoice matching, invoice approval, purchasing and receipting
- Schedule and prove cost and budget updates to project team and key stakeholders as required
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and monitor front door access
- Administration support, reception and general office duties as required
- Management and replenishment of stationery and food products

About You
- SAP System Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skill including internal presentations
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Time Management & Prioritisation
